Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident and delighted with your fragrance purchase. Because scent is such a personal experience, and due to the nature of fragrance products, our return policy is designed to be fair while ensuring product integrity.

Unopened Items

• You may return or exchange any unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 21 days of delivery.
• A store credit or exchange will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Opened Items

• For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrance bottles.
• To help you discover your perfect scent, we recommend starting with our discovery sets before purchasing a full bottle.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will quickly send a replacement at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at hello@theagelessinfluence.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide instructions for shipping your item back.
3. Once received, we’ll process your exchange or store credit within 5–7 business days.
