Processing Time

Each order is hand-packed with care to ensure your fragrance arrives safely and beautifully presented.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

 

Packaging

Every fragrance is individually wrapped and cushioned in protective materials.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on location and carrier).

Currently, we ship within the United States only.

 

Carriers & Tracking

We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is on its way.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take pride in careful packaging, but once your order is with the carrier, we cannot be responsible for loss or damage in transit.

If your package arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact the carrier to file a claim. We’ll gladly assist if needed.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or outside the U.S.

Certain fragrance products containing alcohol may have air-transport restrictions.
